How do I order?

Selecting the piece of art you wish to buy, then click on Add to Cart. To view your product selection, go to the top of page and click on cart. Check out page will give detail indicating the price also show the item and your total. If you want to purchase an additional item click on continue shopping button to view and add more products

When you have complete selecting all the items, click on the check out tab. please enter the Ship to Location, Zip Code if applicable and your Shipping Cost will be displayed along with updated total. Click on the Shopify Go to Checkout button or optional PayPal Button where you will have the option of check out, which will taken you to a secure HTTPS: page to complete your purchase.

 

How do I know my transaction is secure?

Arts Acrylics.com uses a Secure Server to ensure that your transactions are handled securely and that your credit card and personal information are safe. When you are on a Secure Server you will know in one of two ways: On the page where you enter your name address and credit card information you will see https://.... in the address bar, Click on the lock symbol immediately before https:// for verification details.

What are my Payment Options?

    We accept the following payment process: Visa-Master Card-American Express which are process securely through PayPal. or directly through our shopify e commerce store.

     

    What if I do not want to provide my information over the Internet? 

      Optional, you can call our customer service at (404) 563-2586 or (404) 200-8622 and place your order over the telephone.

       

      How long before I receive my Product?

        Once your payment is complete, We normally ship your product within 48 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Shipment within the United States is by USPS Priority mail and takes two to three days for shipment to arrive. Shipment outside of the United States is by first class international mail and takes 5 to 8 business days depending on the country

         

        What is your policy on damaged goods?

          If you receive a piece that has been damaged please notify us immediately. We will then give you instructions on how to return the damaged piece(A new replacement piece will be shipped to you at no cost, once the damaged piece is received).

           

          What if we do not like what we Receive?

            If you receive a product and decide you do not like it, you may return it at your cost for shipping and we will give you a full refund for the item, less a 15% restocking fee. Thus, returned product must be in same packaging and in resale condition. At Arts Acrylics, we take effort in making sure that you as a valued customer, are always delighted with our purchases. 

             

            Do you sell Wholesale?

              We sell wholesale to resellers with a Resale Certificate or Federal ID number. Wholesale account is also required a minimum quantity purchase on goods required. Contact us to see our whole chart and also to obtain a I wholesale application.
